Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sedative to help relieve nervousness, as a sleep aid, and as an antispasmodic to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
Directions: Adults: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily or as needed in a little water on an empty stomach. May also be taken as a one-time 3-6 mL (90-180 drops) daily dose in a little water at bedtime.
