Directions: For acute pain such as sciatica, low back pain etc.: put 1ML in a 500ml water bottle. Shake and sip little sips all throughout the day until all sypmtoms reduce and then switch to chronic dosing.
For chronic pain: take 10drops (0.25ML) directly under the tongue or in a little water 3 times a day.
