Now Smiles for Miles Oil is a blend of 100% pure steam distilled oil Lime, Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg & Ginger Oils with cold pressed Orange, Bergamot, Grapefruit & Lemon Oils. It has a mild citrus with warm spice notes scent that is uplifting, refreshing and energizing.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
