Boiron's Silicea is a great homeopathic remedy for impared assimilation. It improves absorption of nutrients for those with malabsorption. It helps strengthen hair, skin and nails as well due to this. It is also known to improve "lack of mental grit". Silicea is known for forcing out foreign objects out the body and is great for slivers and Silica can stimulate the body to re-absorb fibrotic conditions and scar-tissue.
Directions: Take 5 pellets, 3 times per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve one dose in a small amount of water before administering to children under 2 years of age.
