Health First Magnesium Supreme Extra Strength helps to prevent magnesium deficiency, maintain proper muscle function, tissue formation and in the development and maintenance of bones. Each tablet contains 250mg of Magnesium (glycinate).
Directions: Adults (19 years and older): Take one tablet one to two times daily or as directed by a health professional. Adolescents (14-18 years): Take one tablet daily or as directed by a health professional.
